We select acid-washed quartz sand exceeding 99.9% SiO2 purity and maintain a strict 7%-10% high-grade unsaturated polyester resin ratio, preventing discoloration, micro-porosity, and warping from the origin.

High-tonnage hydraulic vacuum pressing compresses slabs to a dense 2.4g/cm³ with zero void porosity. Our 18-oven battery cures slabs at a consistent 80°C, providing heat tolerance up to 130°C.

Our independent fabrication hub covers over 10,000 m² across Buildings A, B, C, and D. Equipped with 5-axis bridge saws, waterjet cutters, and edge-polishing stations, processing 18,000 linear meters per month.
